I really loved this fantasy about a woman who gets a new husband every time he goes into the attic. She tries out some of the husbands for a few days or weeks, but she finds others unsuitable and sends them packing immediately. This book was highly entertaining and I couldn't put it down. Part of the pull of the book is wondering how the author was going to resolve everything. This is a first novel and I was really impressed with the plotting, the characters, and how the book reflects modern life, dating, and marriage.
